Sewing
Be it one single sample or bulk production, our sewing team is facilitated to do all kinds of sewing matching your instruction.
Finishing
This includes the cutting of unnecessary threads, washing, ironing and final touch up of each piece before it goes over to the hands of the quality control team.
Quality Control
Lighthouse's QC process is very robust following multi-level quality control stages, starting from the sampling stage all the way to the sewing stage. The final QC process takes place just before packaging.
Packaging and Dispatch
Each piece is carefully packed in a transparent poly pack, followed by corrugated boxing. Furthermore, we also do freight forwarding, custom clearance and door-step delivery.
